• Your Customer Central login is not the same as your CDL website account login.
An email containing Customer Central login details would have been sent to the address you selected to receive your invoices.
• For credit terms, statements, or invoicing queries, contact our Accounts team.

Quick answers to common questions.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot password link on the login screen. You’ll receive an email with a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam or contact our Accounts Team.
This will only work if you have received notification that you have a Customer Central login.
Where can I see my order history and invoices?
Go to Customer CentralOrdersHistory. Use the red button above.
How do I apply for or update credit terms?
Email our Accounts team with your account number and company details.
What is your returns policy?
Request returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@cdlnz.com with your order number to start a return.
How do I track my order?
On your company dashboard, click the cloud icon next to the order you want to track. The tracking information is entered in the ‘Deliver To:’ section of the invoice.
